A caring, loving, nurturing, compassionate, and funny healer, Cathy Breshears is deeply devoted to helping others find the compassionate healer in you, in turn, assisting in healing the Universe. She finds great joy in teaching ways to deeply listen and feel to heal deep emotional issues and find better balance between the body, emotions and mind.
Cathy Breshears has been teaching Hatha and Kundalini yoga since 1998 and recently discovered a love for Forrest and Yin Yoga. She found herself at home integrating her experience in yoga with Process Coaching and has become a coach and teacher of Process Coaching since 2007. She teaches privately and in groups and workshops.
